Deb Krukowski - Your Employment Law Authority
Having been practicing over 25 years, Deb Krukowski has experience in a vast majority of employment law matters. She has a history of successful litigation and arbitration representing employers in the areas of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, contract disputes, violations of non-compete and relocation agreements, and conviction record disputes. She has successfully argued claims in front of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She continues to be involved in litigation before Wisconsin state courts, federal district courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
The focus of her practice is in the areas of litigation and investigations before the ERD and the EEOC and matters under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and OSHA. She counsel clients in the areas of hiring and firing, PIP’s, sexual harassment, social media, employee handbooks including electronic communication and drug testing policies, independent contractor status, and all employment discrimination law.
Additionally, she presents seminars and provides customized training on all these subjects and more including interviewing, discipline, discharge, retaliation, constructive discharge, domestic partner benefits, workplace violence and criminal background checks, and employment releases.
Deb is also an advocate for women business owners! Her practice concentrates on the industries of health care, financial services, retail, insurance, child care and education, manufacturing, cosmetology, salon, and spa.
